When installing the glass into the fireplace door, we glue the ceramic pads onto the fixing lugs, which are included with every glass pane purchased from us as an approx. 10 cm strip. Cut it to the width of the fixing lugs (approx. 1.5 cm sections each), then peel off the paper layer protecting the glue and stick it on the plane of the lugs that will adhere to the glass. The glass must not touch the steel at any point.
When you buy a fireplace glass from us, you may need the fixing lugs if they are already worn out in your fireplace.
When you buy a fireplace door from us, the fixing feet are included with the door!
